Hewitt Fire Station 2 pairs a budget-conscious, pre-engineered metal building with three drive-through apparatus bays, bid-alternate bay and door upgrades, and a central Red Zone-to-Green Zone transition space for decontamination. Polished concrete flooring, vendor-furnished furnishings, and Hill Country limestone accents round out a durable, neighborhood-compatible design for the department's second and final station.
