The Magnolia Logistics Center serves the community of Pinehurst by providing four climate-controlled fleet maintenance bays, office space, a locker room, and a break room. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency and support the Magnolia Fire Department. Its Pre-Engineered Metal Building System allows for expansive work areas without interior columns, optimizing space for logistics and storage. The center is equipped with modern features, including a mezzanine for additional storage and secure access points to ensure safety. This project aims to improve service delivery and support the operational needs of the local fire department effectively.
